Mr. Sherman L. Howard, Jr. graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Sherman joined Bank of America in 2006 and has held a range of positions within the company. Currently, Sherman is Senior Vice President, Customer Experience Manager within the Consumer and Small Business group at Bank of America. He is currently responsible for end to end Small Business customer satisfaction; identifying customer pain points, emerging trends, product or pricing gaps and prioritizing key areas of focus for approximately 3.5 million Small Business customers. He completed his MBA at Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business in December 2018.
